Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.                                                                                                                                            Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  2. Delivery Time

    Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.

  3. Shipping Charges

    A flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applicable on every order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Payment Method

    We currently accept prepaid orders only.

    Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.

    • A complete unboxing video is required to claim a refund (50% refund as per our Refund Policy).

  6. Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.

    We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
